Drop-in playtime hours offer a fun and safe space for kids to play with new toys and books. Caregivers must stay with their children. Hub & Family Center staff members will be available for support.

Book Babies provides parents & caregivers with tools, information and support to nurture literacy development in children from birth through age 3.

The Highlands Family Center partners with the Western PA Diaper Bank to distribute quality feminine hygiene products for any female who is need. Stop by at the center and receive the products with no fee!
